- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour/ maida ·
- 1/4 tsp baking soda ·
- 2 tsp baking powder ·
- 3/ 4 cup cocoa ·
- 1/8 tsp salt ·
- 3 tbsp butter ·
- 11/2 cups sugar ·
- 2 eggs ·
- 3/4 tsp vanilla essence ·
- 1 cups milk ·
- chocolate chips u can add if u want
Mixing
- preheat the oven for 350 F
- mix all dry ingredients and keep aside ( flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda, salt)
- beat egg and keep aside
- mix sugar and butter
- mix beated egg and vanilla essence
- Mix dry ingredients ( flour) and milk alternatively
- Add chocolate chips((OPTIONAL))
- Fill the cup cake paper molds only to its half
- bake the cake mix in 350 deg. for 15-17 min
