TEA CAKE

Ingredients ·

  • 2 cups all purpose flour/ maida ·
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda ·
  • 2 tsp baking powder ·
  • 3 tbsp butter/ ½ cup ·
  • 1cups sugar ·
  • 2 eggs ·
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla essence ·
  • 1 cups milk ·
  • Can add 2 to 3 spoon cocoa powder
Mixing

1. preheat the oven for 400 F
2. mix all dry ingredients and keep aside ( flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda)
3. beat egg and keep aside
4. mix sugar and butter
5.To sugar and butter mix add beated egg and vanilla essence
6.Add dry ingredients ( flour) and milk alternatively.
7. Pour the mixture to the cake tray
8. Baking is on 400 deg. for 30-45 min or a tooth pick go inside and came out with no cake mix stick on it
